UEMF is built on structured and participatory governance, supported by committed bodies that lead its development, guarantee its transparency, and ensure its mission of academic, scientific and societal excellence.

General Assembly

The sovereign body that validates major orientations, budgets and statutory changes of the University.

Board of Directors (COSD)

The decision-making body that sets the major orientations of the University and oversees its development.

The Chancellor

Reference figure and institutional guarantor of UEMF, presides over strategic bodies.

The President

Carries UEMF's vision, leads the bodies, supervises operations and represents the university.

Central academic body responsible for degrees, academic programs and major educational decisions.
